We’re here to help…

We’re here to listen…..

Feeling stiff, sore, or sidelined? We're here to help you move with confidence again. Every appointment is one-on-one, unhurried, and built around what's actually going on with you — evidence-based treatment, delivered personally.

We listen first, treat second. Understanding what you're working towards — chasing after the kids, getting back to running, or simply starting the day more comfortably — shapes the plan we build together, and we adjust it as we go..

What to expect

Before you arrive. Bring any relevant scans or reports, and a list of medications if you take any. Wear or bring comfortable clothing you can move in — shorts and a t-shirt work well.

The conversation. The first part of the appointment is discussion: what's going on, how long it's been happening, what makes it better or worse, and what you're hoping to get back to.

The assessment. This usually involves watching how you move and hands-on examination of the area of concern and the regions around it. You'll be asked before anything is done.

Treatment. Techniques vary depending on what's found and what you're comfortable with. Everything is explained beforehand.

The plan. You'll leave knowing what was found, what was done, roughly what to expect afterwards, and whether a follow-up makes sense.

How long? First appointments run 45 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 minutes.

Initial Consultation

Your first appointment runs 45 minutes. Most of the early part is conversation — what's going on, how long it's been there, what makes it better or worse, and what you're hoping to get back to. From there, David will look at how you move and examine the area of concern along with the regions around it. Treatment usually follows in the same session, with everything explained before it happens. You'll leave knowing what was found, what was done, and whether a follow-up makes sense.

Initial consultation — 45 minutes — $140

Follow-up Consultations

Follow-ups run 30 minutes. Each one starts with a quick review of what's changed since your last visit, and treatment is adjusted from there rather than repeating what was done before. As things improve, the focus usually shifts from hands-on work toward movement and the practical changes that keep the problem from coming back.

How often you come in depends on what's going on — you'll get a plan after the first assessment, revisited as you go.

Follow-up consultation — 30 minutes — $110
